We call it Sleep: Demure Style.
So much bed, so little baby.
Snagging a picture of this baby smiling is difficult to a point approaching impossible.
Almost a week since the last post. Unforgivable!
In all honesty, though, there's very little to relate. Tuesday continues to do all kinds of amazingly cute baby things, like smile randomly, make funny noises and look irresistably snuggle-able when she's sleeping. Hospice nurses come by to check on her and as far as i can tell there is no point to it other than to take her vitals and prove that someone stopped by to check on her. These visits actually tend to upset Christine and/or me. Common phrases from them are things like "well, she seems to be doing okay right now" and "i don't know that you should plan that far ahead." Realistic as these comments may be, they're still depressing. I realize that my baby is terminal, but i find spending time focusing on that less satisfying than time spent focusing on her.
I don't really have anything of import to say in this post. That seems like a good enough reason not to make it any longer.
We've decided to make an effort to snap more pics of her awake and happy and less pictures of her asleep and, er, sleepy.
